Two drawbacks - I think there could have been more information on dealing with assholes when you have to stay at a job with one waiting for benefits to vest, no other job leads, etc and frankly, I'm not sure it needed to be a full book the book was written after a similarly titled HBR article. I give this book Five Stars. People have called me an asshole and I've deserved it. First off, for a book about, well, you know, jerks, it was actually kind of dry and repetitive. So, you just sort of like, talk only to the highest-status person in the room and everyone else is treated as invisible.

And probably best the advice for manners Many of these lessons come from the thousands of emails I've received from people who have read and heard about the book.
